Rhubarb 'Fruit for Cheese'
'This is a glossy membrillo that cuts well and is not too stodgy. The nostalgia of rhubarb is certainly captured. We really like the acidity and the texture. We think this is innovative but, we think it would be better with a soft, creamy cheese.'
